Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy describes how Perfect Fit: Shape Puzzle (the “app”) handles information in its current Android release. “We” means the app’s developer, identified in the app’s Google Play listing. It also explains what happens if you choose to contact us.

2. Information stored on your device

The app stores the following information in its local app storage so that you can resume play and keep your preferences:

• Puzzle progress: completed puzzles, stars, completion dates, best times, moves, rotations, hints, and Clean Fit results. These records also determine unlocks and milestones.
• Unfinished games: piece positions and transformations, attempt counters, elapsed time, placement history used for Clean Fit, and the last puzzle played.
• Daily Fit: daily attempts and results used to calculate your streak. The daily puzzle is selected using your device’s local calendar date.
• Preferences: theme, sound, haptics, reduced motion, piece patterns, and whether tutorial guidance has been shown.

We do not receive these saved records. The app has no developer-operated account system, cloud synchronization, or gameplay database.

3. Collection, sharing, and permissions

The app does not collect personal information for transmission to us or to advertising or analytics providers. It does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, and does not access advertising identifiers. There are no advertising, in-app purchase, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting integrations in this release.

We do not sell or share your gameplay data. Sound and optional vibration use your device’s playback and haptic features; they do not record audio.

When you select Copy result, the app writes a short result, such as the puzzle label or date, stars, time, and moves, to your system clipboard. It does not read other clipboard content or post on your behalf. If you paste the result into another app, that app’s privacy practices apply.

4. Retention and deleting your data

Local saves remain until you remove them or the app replaces them during normal use. Incompatible unfinished games may be reset when puzzle content changes.

• Use Settings → Reset progress in the game and confirm to clear completed results, daily results, unfinished games, and tutorial progress. This keeps your appearance and feedback preferences.
• To remove all locally stored app data, including preferences, use Android’s Settings → Apps → Perfect Fit: Shape Puzzle → Storage → Clear storage. Wording varies by device. Uninstalling normally also removes the app’s local data.

Your operating system may back up or transfer app data depending on the device and your backup settings, and may restore it when you reinstall. These copies are managed by your operating system or backup provider, not by us. Use that provider’s settings to manage or delete backups; resetting the game does not directly delete existing system backups.

There is no game account to delete, and we cannot remotely access or erase your device’s saved games.

5. Security and platform services

Game saves use the operating system’s app storage protections. Protecting access to your device helps protect those saves. The app does not transmit them to a developer-operated server.

Google Play, your device’s operating system, and any backup service may separately process information under their own settings and policies, including distribution, diagnostics, and backup information. Those services operate independently of the app’s local save feature. See Google’s Privacy Policy for Google services.

6. Children’s privacy

The same local-only gameplay practices apply to all players. The app does not ask children to provide personal information, create accounts, or communicate with other players. A parent or guardian can remove local progress using the controls described above.

7. Information you choose to send us

If you contact the developer outside the app, we receive the contact details and information you choose to include in your message. We use that information to respond to your request, not for advertising. Our email or support provider processes the message to deliver and store the correspondence.

We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any applicable legal obligations. You can request its deletion through the same contact channel. Please avoid sending sensitive information or anything unrelated to your request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app’s features or data practices change. The updated policy will appear on this page with a revised date. If an update requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the relevant processing begins.
